Will never go back again.

Bar staff was good and the room was okay but the pools is tiny and packed. The food was awful. Only food that was good was the burgers and tacos. Manager in the gift shop is a scammer. We bought a waterproof case for our phone and tried to return it and she told us we couldn’t return it after 2 days and it hadn’t been 2 days since we bought it. When we called her out on the 2 days she then said we couldn’t return exchange it and we tried to do that with an item of lesser value and she told us no and that we had to pay the difference for the LESSER priced item trying to get more money out of us. She made absolutely no sense and was inconsistent with their policy’s. Was trying to get me to give her cash instead….very shady and we ended up just keeping the phone case cause we didn’t want to deal with her. Definitely not recommended this resort to anyone..

The room had a strong smell with no view and there were other issues such as the toilet needed to be fixed three times etc.

What a disappointment. We paid a good amount of money to stay at this resort and saved for an entire year for this vacation. We expected a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Instead, we spent far too much money to be constantly inconvenienced, pressured to spend even more money, and annoyed. Let’s start with the “concierge” staff. I’m not sure what the actual definition of concierge is at this resort, but apparently here it means “person who corners you in the lobby and aggressively tries to sell you additional services and packages.” You literally cannot walk through the lobby without being approached and pressured to spend more money. And if you manage to escape the lobby and make it to the pool, don’t worry—you won’t be left alone there either. There are employees constantly walking around trying to sell massages and spa treatments. It’s incredibly difficult to relax when you have to repeatedly tell people you’re not interested in buying something. Apparently, paying an exorbitant amount of money to stay at the resort isn’t enough. You’re expected to keep your wallet open at all times. Then there’s the pool. It’s dirty and never seems to actually be cleaned. And good luck finding a lounge chair unless you’re willing to wake up at the crack of dawn and participate in the daily Olympic sport of “chair claiming.” After an early breakfast, we walked out to the pool and found that almost EVERY chair had been claimed for the entire day, despite the fact that ther

Resort was good, entertainers made it fun. The staff was helpful, specially bell boy Hector he guided us on the property very friendly and respectful. The light show was amazing on our last day.

Six nights here as a family of three, and Sunscape Cancún got what matters right. The resort is genuinely spotless and easy to move around — clean rooms, no tired corners anywhere. The food surprised us most: quality and variety held up all week, not just the first night, and the ice cream at the Cravings café became our daughter's daily countdown. We found our rhythm at the smaller pool — quieter, less crowded, and a short walk from the kids' club, which for a family is the perfect spot. The beach and ocean were beautiful; there was some sargassum, as summer on this coast brings, but it never got in the way of a good day in the water. What lifted this from "great trip" to "let's come back" was the Explorer's Club kids' club. Our 8-year-old asked to go every single chance she got. Check-in was easy but the security was reassuring, it was never overcrowded, and the activities were varied and genuinely thought-through, with the schedule posted ahead so we could plan our days around it. The team clearly love what they do — a heartfelt thank-you to Ale, Rubi, Danna, Janna, Maria, Daniela, and Ali. Clean rooms, excellent food, a calm pool, a lovely beach, and a kids' club our daughter adored — a family vacation done right. We'd return without hesitation.

Excellent service thru out the resort, staff very nice , helpful

Some rooms smelt moldy. We had to change rooms but was finally given a better room. Amenities were good. Very good food choice. Very nice location and friendly staff.
