Hotel Niederrad - Self Check In

Evaluările cu stele se bazează pe prezentarea generală a Klook a informațiilor proprietății (cum ar fi serviciile și facilitățile incluse etc.) și au doar scop orientativ.

Check-in war der blanke Horror! Zuerst wollte man uns nicht einchecken (wir waren mittags dort, Check-in war aber erst um 15 Uhr - wussten wir, akzeptierten wir). Nach 15 Uhr aber standen wir dann eine Stunde und 15 Minuten (!) in der Schlange. Die Leute standen bis auf die Strasse an. Ein Mann war vor Ort, und pro Partei brauchte der etwa 10-15 Minuten. Niemand verstand es. Er sprach kein Deutsch (wir waren in Deutschland!) und auch nur schlecht Englisch. Als wir endlich an der Reihe waren, bekamen wir 3x (!) ein Zimmer, das bereits besetzt war. Wir konnten aber mit der Karte rein. Jedesmal stand schon einer drin, einmal sogar eine halbnackte Frau. Wir merkten schnell, es ging anderen genauso... Es waren alle sauer, und der Angestellte meinte, das Housekeeping hätte einen Fehler gemacht, danach dass das System einen Totalabsturz hätte. Beim 4. Zimmer war das zwar frei, aber noch nicht geputzt. Inzwischen war abends! Erst der 5. Anlauf war erfolgreich. Wir waren stinksauer und nicht bereit für das Zimmer zu zahlen. Nach einer kurzen Diskussion war der Angestellte am Empfang dann einverstanden und schenkte uns die Übernachtung und entschuldigte sich. Der Rest: Zimmer sehr sauber und hübsch, guter Fitnessraum, Frühstück ok, aber eher 3-Sterne in der Auswahl. Fazit: Für uns nie mehr!

Eine absolute Frechheit, Zimmer wurden sicher seit Wochen nicht gereinigt! Das Personal spricht nur Englisch. Für das Frühstück wären 27 Euro fällig? Und das Parken weit weg von der Innenstadt für 21 Euro auch nicht ganz fair . Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen

Room was dirty with dirty sheets and the staff wouldn’t clean them when I arrived at 11PM so I had to sleep in a dirty bed. Disgusting.

Me and my family staid overnight only. Very clean, decent size room and bathroom.

Interesting shower set up

e have stayed many times at different DoubleTree by Hilton hotels and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, our recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Frankfurt was a major disappointment. First of all, when we checked in, we received no information about the floor our room was on, breakfast details, or internet access. We were simply handed a bottle of water and a cookie. The room itself was missing several essentials: only one pillow per person, which was uncomfortable when trying to sit up in bed; no soap in the bathroom; and no extras like cotton pads, ear swabs, or slippers. We had to call reception twice just to get soap and slippers delivered. The next day, when we returned to the room, it had not been cleaned, and there was no water provided. We called reception twice again, but no one answered. We ended up spending the entire night without water. The main reason we choose DoubleTree by Hilton is because of the excellent service we’ve experienced in the past. Sadly, this time the service fell far short of expectations. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast.

Staff promised a refund in a in person talk but rejected later through the email:(

Hotel was average with a fine room. Bathroom being incorporated into the room was weird but since I was solo without the family it was fine. Showing with a kids present would not have worked, nor if I was traveling with friends. Breakfast spread was good, best part of the stay. Zero restaurants in the area and they closed the restaurant after breakfast the entire time I was there. Overall a complete letdown and will not return.
