La dame a l'accueil était super gentil, très professionnel
Le site hôtel.com ma paid payé des taxes + frais mais une fois arrivé sur place l'hôtel ma demander de payer des taxes
L'hôtel s'excuser pour ça mais ce qui est pas compréhensible pourquoi hôtel.com fait payer les clients ce genre de tax et en plus ont le sera pas avant le payment ...

The beds were tiny. Beds were uncomfortable. 1 pillow each for a family of 6.
No kettle or coffee making facilities.
We went and purchased a kettle because we needed it for baby bottles.
Air conditioning was mediocre and didn’t really work.
