The staff, without exception, were wonderful, courteous and helpful. The room was large and clean. We had a city view, which was not much of a view really, just onto a road. Well worth the club lounge, we used it regularly. I would definately stay here again.

One of the main reason I chose the hotel were photos on Expedia of the view from the Vivaldi Italian Restaurant and I often had dinner there. I enjoyed the singing at Christmas evening and the buffet at New Years evening. Excellent staff.

Love the hotel's location close to old dubai and gold souk. Nice view of the city and staff is very friendly. Only downside this seems to be a business oriented hotel rather than family or friends vacation type hotel. The security and privacy is too high, if your rooms are in different floors you have to ask security to let you access other floors that are not your own.
