Enjoyable. Little hard for taxi to find. Sometimes you have to cross over a gate you can't get suitcase over it.

Great staff, so nice Very Clean

As young Australian travellers we wouldn’t recommend this stay. The staff were uninviting and rather quite unhelpful towards us throughout our stay. When we checked in we were taken to a different older hotel behind the building although we could still use the facilities of the newer building I didn’t see anything about this in my booking records. Overall I would not recommend this hotel the location isn’t great either - don’t waste your time.

I have traveled the world, with many types of properties. This hotel exceeded its limits with rudeness, lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and complete disrespect to all customers. I feel both mistreated and misled for this stay.

Nice and clean, just a little far from almost everything. Taxi is a must, Nothing within walking distance other than 7/11.

Fantastic staff. Many staff, nothing ever a problem. Will be back for sure. It's not loud night club area.

I was traveling alone and have booked the 2 beds. The reception guy gave me a big single bed instead and I really appreciate it. Staff were all nice and helpful. I rested well and really liked the hotel.

Very far from downtown and not much around although, the pool and hotel were great especially for the price

Although a bit run down, this hotel was suitable for a business or Bangkok Hospital stay. The bed was hard and air conditioner very loud, even at its lowest setting. The neighborhood is not easily walkable but the free shuttle to the surrounding area very convenient.
