Rambagh Palace is a gorgeous property! Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay there despite some issues. We booked through Expedia.com, clearly indicating one of our party members was 17 years old, but when we arrived at Rambagh Palace, the check in person was saying our son should be charged as an adult, although this did not happen at any of the other properties (Oberoi Amarvilas, Oberoi Sukhvilas and Oberoi Wildflower) we booked on Expedia.com concurrently. This was very awkward but the management finally abided by our reservation as we booked it. A couple of the dining venues forgot items we ordered, but the food was delicious and dining staff improved as our stay progressed. Also, I could not get the spa treatment I wanted because apparently the spa ran out of supplies for it. Our teen sons enjoyed the gym a lot. We appreciated the daily live music (flutist at breakfast, classical Indian music at dinner). If we are ever in back in Jaipur, we will for sure stay at Rambagh Palace again. The suites are stunning!

Almost everything is excellent, except a few things: 1. The do-not-disturb light is ignored by the staff unless you also hang the red tassel on outside door knob. 2. The terrace outside our room where peacocks would roam early morning needs to be cleaned better and more frequently. 3. The room cleaning person was always hovering around nearby looking for a tip (money) 4. As we were leaving, a number of persons such as the porter, doorman, and other such people gathered around our vehicle with the expectation of tips, which we gave but we wish they wouldn't do that because it makes us the guests very uncomfortable.

Rooms are pricey but well worth the experience So many great people - Let’s start with the warm welcome from the front , Vans - who took care of our room Khateeb who made sure every element of our stay was enjoyable. Rohan , Anika and Vikram with a glowing smile and attentive service and incredible pasta by chef Mohammad Soyal / better than I have had in NY Italian town -his dishes need to be used in the main dining area. I know missed others - but just incredible and appreciative of all they did to ensure we were taken care of. Everyone at the steamboat restaurant also Thank you

Wow wow wow ! Outstanding experience in this gorgeous palace. Everything was Perfect. Amazing architecture and design, superb breakfast and dinner. Service was perfect, Team was amazing. Especially Kathrine in the Lobby and Manish at the amazing pool 🙏
