Hotel is located in excellent area. Rooms were completely sound proof. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were unbelievably user friendly. Gymnasium, spa and relaxation amenities are top class. Very impressive.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting Baku! For us, our visit to the Hyatt Baku was the pinnacle of hospitality and attention to detail. I'll list just a few of the memorable details: the incredibly friendly staff, the live music in the lobby, the cozy courtyard, the varied swimming equipment, and, of course, the absolute comfort of the hotel room.

Staff gave the impression they were not well trained in providing a welcoming service for breakfast and dining. Basic things were not provided and it took a long time for staff to respond and rectify.

Great hotel. I received a free upgrade on check-in to a junior suite which was an amazing surprise. The fitness facility here is the best gym I've ever gone to, regardless of being a hotel gym or private - totally amazing! Thanks for a great stay!

Good hotel but service needs to improve drastically. They only provide limited bottles of water in the room. When I called for water they said if you want after 8 pm you have to pay. I agreed ordered at 10:40pm after 6 calls water came at 11:30pm. We were sleeping in the room at 9:30am and the house keeping knocked and open the door and entered. We were literally shocked. Also hotel and its staff is not equipped to handle this sudden rush in tourism.
