The parking can be improved. The basement had very few spots and not easily accessible. Laundry was not existent. When we stay for long, having a self Laundry is needed and not everyone wants to pay the expensive 50 for a pant Laundry.

I had a lovely stay at this stunning hotel. My room was spotless, Superb Air Conditioning and WiFi. Lovely helpful staff. I had an amazing breakfast each morning and my room service for dinner was amazing too. The pool area with private beach was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

Everything just as expected,second time we re staying...spotless,swimming pool,staff incredible helpfull,food simply amazing so many choices..literally one of the best places you could choose if Abu Dhabi is your destination..

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are very clean and the staff are friendly. However, they arent very well organised. There was lots of arguing amongst them at the breakfast service. They would come round for drinks ordera but forget to bring the drink. Also some of the reception staff arent well informed of extra activites. The hotel organised mini discos for young children and i confirmed with one of the receptionists that the location was near the kids playground outside. I asked her about 6 times to make sure but when we got there the disco was not there, it was at the kids club. The staff at the sunset beach could not handle the amount of food and drink orders. People had been left waiting by the pool for over an hour for some burgers and drinks. The food provided in all the restaurents is lovely. The boat trip was breathtaking and overall it was a great hotel for a family

I haven’t stayed at the Khalidiya Palace hotel for some time and it was as good as I remember. It’s well located to get onto the corniche for a walk or popping up to Marina Mall for shopping or coffee. It’s got good facilities for swimming in pool and sea as well as Gym. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous but get there earlier if you prefer a more relaxed peaceful breakfast. Rooms are spacious and nicely designed. I had a room on the 15th floor this time overlooking the sea - it was simply wonderful! Finally, the room was kept spotless during my stay. Finally, finally, very pleasant check in and check out and friendly staff on the breakfast buffet.

Very clean, friendly staff and spacious rooms. Great location for conference at the mandarin oriental. Food at breakfast and dinner in main hotel is ok but not amazing. Naroon restaurant was great for dinner though
