This is my third time staying st this hotel in Instanbul this year. From the moment you enter they greet you with warmth and smiles, they remembered me, that made me feel good. The Hotel Staff is very warm and curtious….The service while staying here was exceptional. They treat you very good. The rooms are clean. The ambiance is great. The restaurant food is also great! The room was clean and good value for money. Location is good for tram and getting into the old city. Front desk staff need to learn better customer service and the concierge should be able to answer questions about the hotel and spa amenities-

The towels was very old, the sink mixer broken , the shower support hand broken , the front desk lady were very nervous
