This is a really good hotel. It’s in a good position for exploring Lisbon. A taxi from the Airport is about 13 euros. There is a fitness centre and a spa with a swimming pool. We really liked the rooftop bar! We were not too impressed with the breakfast however. In our two previous five star hotels we had omelettes and lots of other egg options made to order. That’s really the only negative to say about this hotel.

This is the best hotel to go with kids. We arrived to a bottle of wine and snacks for our daughter. On my birthday, they surprised me with a bottle of champagne and a small cake. In our check out, they gave me daughter a gift with activities for the plane. The staff is amazing.

Family friendly hotel with very good facilities. We used two of the restaurants, the rooftop bar and the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and clean. Location is close to the Metro which makes it easy to travel around the city.

Very nice hotel, the location is the best, near to everything, especially the old town. I coud do everything walking or using the eletric rentend stuff. The breakfast is very good, with lots of options to eat. The staff is very helpfull and kind. The restaurants at the hotel are great too!

Service was okay. I expected more from a 5 star hotel. The front desk wasn’t very friendly. My friend and I last minute wanted to add on another night and we had an email from the hotel about a lower price and the lady at front treated us like we were stupid. I had postcards to send with international paid stamp from US and she said they wouldn’t get mailed? The rooms were very nice but the cube with a QR code with info said we would be charged for coffee! But the staff said it was free? The spa was very mid. The hot tub was warm bath water. The bathrooms in spa were gross, out of toilet paper and my toilet didn’t flush. The rooftop bar is very tiny and you can’t see a ton of the Lisbon view like advertised. It was a beautiful hotel but was very mid in my expectations considering price.
