Nice staff, room was fine... Bathroom could use major update!!! The Best thing about the hotel is that it's attached to a little mall which was convenient for dining.

The toilet was smelly. Please improve.

It was just filthy dirty and unpleasant odor. Bathroom was filled with grime. Looks like it was never cleaned because there was a distinctive rusty smell lingering in the air and surrounding areas of the room. Possibly from the moisture and dampness.

I stayed for about 2 weeks and had a fairly comfortable stay. Check in was easy and receptionists friendly and helpful. The room was pretty averagely sized with your basic amenities like kettle, tv, safe, wi-fi. Bed and pillows were great. Curtains were blackout. Shower room could do with some maintenance. The hot water in the shower didn't work, but maintenance was able to resolve the problem quickly. Some days housekeeping skipped my room for some reason, so I had to leave a note to make up my room whenever I needed them to. They sometimes don't change my towels too, which was annoying. Hotel is attached to a mall so you won't go hungry. Parking can be validated was well, and you pay a flat rate of RM5 a day.

In registration, clerk refused to issue a second room card. Not accommodating to very long distance travelers (both persons have to either stay in the room or leave together since no access to elevator and no power/AC without card.) However, the worst was evidence of bed bugs in first room assigned to us. Not recommending it except for location.
