The view from the property is amazing, also great amenities. The main issue was the elevator availability, many of them were broken, maybe it was only one time inconvenience. The room was spacious and clean.

The hotel was in a supreme location next to the World Trade Center. The room was clean, air conditioning was supreme, the cleaning attendant was lovely and beds were comfortable. The deck is beautiful to look out on the main level. Only concern is that it is only one working elevator to get to the main level, so be aware if you're running late.

This is an older property near ground zero, the Statue of Liberty, and Ellis Island in the financial district. There is an elevator that takes you to the fifth floor registration. Of the three elevators there, only one works. Once checked in there are three elevators to take you to your floor. Only one of those works. With over 400 rooms that creates a lot of waiting. I paid more for a corner room, and it was nice and sunny, but rather small with a definite 70’s vibe. The bed was really comfortable. Our TV never worked despite being told it was fixed twice. The location was great for what we wanted to see, but there were other, more up-to-date hotels I would try next time.

The hotel is old and run down. Our room had no light for the nighttime, no reading light. It was a very loud air conditioner in the hall. Paint was chipping off the wall, and it is a very inconvenient hotel because the lobby is on the fifth floor.and only one elevator was working to the 19th floor, which we were on.

Nice hotel. Very friendly stuff. Love it!

Great location in the financial district.

It was a very nice place and I had a great view. The only thing that was throwing me off was the shower because water could easily come out. The area was also really nice and convenient

Hopefully for the summer, they will open the bar lounge and the outdoor bar and patio. Otherwise, great hotel.

Room was not cleaned. Used soap bars, full garbage cans, uncleaned bathroom, etc.
