I liked that we had a bed to rest at night, however, it seems that they do not clean the floors properly. The bathroom floor was dirty and the shower was slimy. The blower didn’t work and the door was awfully noisy and squeaky. The whole hotel needs an upgrade since it feels you’re in the 70s. The location is too far from interesting places, at least 30 minutes Uber ride. The staff very nice and helpful and transportation to the airport excellent. I also noticed that the cleaning staff has to go through the restaurant with their equipment while people are eating which I found disgusting. Just my opinion.

The gentleman(from England I believe) was super helpful. The manager was friendly but unable to help us much with our problem. We had booked a room for 3 people and from the pictures looked like it was for 3 but it had twin beds. We had to book an extra room and was hoping for a discount but that did not happen. We moved to the queen room and gave the twin room to my daughter. Our new room had no air conditioning so the nice gentleman gave us another room but we had to move rooms again. There was construction but was not too bad. We loved the shower and the fridge. Looked under the bed to see if we left anything and noticed the floor areas were not super clean. The shuttle was great.
