Staff was very nice

Great stay with super clean room and bathroom. Arrived at 9am and were expecting to drop our bags in the luggage storage but Luis from the front desk went out of his way to find us a room that was already available. We were super grateful to get our room and clean up before starting our day. Shoutout to Luis for 10/10 service!

I did not like because the parking lot is terrible, is falling apart. The staff is rude , they make u feel very uncomfortable. They ask you if you want to get a brake for your car because the neighborhood is not safe and they are not responsible for your vehicle.

Piscine mal située et petite. Chaises sales. Entrée et sortie du garage très compliquées. Lits et oreillers non confortables. Vraiment trop cher pour ce que c’est.

This “hotel” is misleading. While there is a section of this property that is set up as such, we were put up in a condo with several residents living in the same building. Because of this set up, it smelt like garbage on our floor due to the location of the trash chute. I booked the double queen suite and the staff had a very difficult time providing us with the cot we requested prior to arrival. The front staff seemed to have a difficult time communicating with us. The pool is connected to the condo side of the property and is quite small and unheated. Additionally, I got a creepy vibe from several individual men trying to come through the key card locked doors at the entrance to the condo elevators; who subsequently did not have key cards to enter and turned away when the door closed behind me. Would not recommend. I was trying to save on the cost of the trip by booking here. Next time I’ll just accept the cost and book in Old Montreal.

I stayed there with my 2 sisters in a studio. The room was clean, the staff was helpful. The location is great. We appreciated the breakfast buffet.We had a good time.

There are two buildings that make up the hotel. The front building that faces Rene Leveque Street is fully updated with modern showers. The building at the back of the hotel is NOT fully updated if you want a room with a kitchenette. Overall, the hotel is great for the price and location. Short walking distance to the Metro (train station). If you want breakfast in the hotel restaurant, it's $20 (US) per person.

The room was newly renovated, but furnish were really not good! The furniture is old!
