it is only 20m far from a big shoppong mall which has carrefour . so it is good to buy your requirements from there small rooms dont have a window to outside of the hotel!

Moussa and his team from Boudl Al Shartea are one of the kindest and greatest people in the world. I guess that is one of the Saudi people’s values too to be generous. The hotel is well located in town close by shopping stores and restaurants. Moussa went above and beyond by helping me to get through the night when all exchange places were closed and I had only canadian dollars, running short of Saudi Riyal. Moussa provided me with his own local visa card and trusted me to use it for taxi and dinner. That was one of the most generous gentleman that I have met so far. Moussa got to be proud to be from Saudi, the land of generosity and the blessed country. I will definitely stay at Boudl Al Shatea hotel when I come back next time to Dammam.

I stayed at Boudl Al Shatea for couple of days and I discovered through the hotel personal how generous are the local people of Saudi. I was looking to get exchange for my canadian dollars at a late time of the day when all exchange offices were closed. Moussa a local Saudi receptionist at the hotel trying to help me out have offered me his own money to go and get dinner and taxi. I have travelled all over the world for year and this is the first time I have seen this much generosity in my life. Thanks Moussa and all your team for being great people in a great hotel. The hotel is spot on: very clean, large rooms and great customer service. I had a room for people with special needs and I was pleased to see the attention to details such as wheel chair access for shower and braille communication.
