Towels are old and dirty. Room condition poor unlike a decent hotel. Drinking water quality poor even after boiling.

Staff was very accommodating everytime I asked a question. Hotel was very clean and had an amazing view of the city.

There was no fridge in the room. They provide cold drinking water from a water tank near the front desk but it was very sporadic as to its availability. On some days, it was only available after 10am, which meant it was not available if you went out for walks or tours. Very stupid. There was an ice vending machine but no ice buckets. Scandic should do a LOT BETTER. It is poor service.

Excellent breakfast!

The hotel room was minimalist, and very clean and functional. The hotel staff were very helpful when asked questions or needing local information. The amazing breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of delicious foods (be sure to try the Swedish pancakes with fruit compote, slathered with whipped cream and topped with crunchy chocolate sprinkles!) and plenty of great coffee to fuel our exploration of Copenhagen and the little bar in the hotel lobby with a great selection of local beers and wines was a welcome respite after a long day of touristing. Copenhagen is such an amazing city, and the location of the Skandic Copenhagen hotel, near the Central Railroad station, Tivoli, and the Stroget, was very convenient for accessing the very best of downtown sightseeing. The lake in front of the hotel was a peaceful place for a contemplative stroll in the middle of a bustling city. We plan to stay here several more times as we use Copenhagen as a hub to explore Denmark, Sweden, and Scotland.

We were four adults traveling together and booked the suite and it worked out well. You basically have two rooms. Breakfast is expensive but cheaper if you book it the night before. It’s great for an early flight as it opens at 6:30. Would stay again - oh and the participate in the Sunflower program for invisible disabilities which was helpful for us.

If your room was ready early & you wanted to check in there was a fee! Never heard of that. Breakfast was very good. Easy 10 minute walk to main square.

Kind staff. Room was small for 4 people. AC did not work well and room was warm.
