This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The photos do not match the rooms. The room was filthy and the bathroom had mould everywhere. There were stains all over the couch and water stains all over the bench tops. The fan in the bathroom was noisy and there was not new toilet paper provided. The toilet brush was filthy. The walls had marks all over them and the carpet was ripped up on the edges. Without doubt, a horrible experience.

Partner got electrocuted by the toaster, was only offered another toaster, wasn’t even offered for an ambulance or anything, said should go to a GP

First room appeared to have had door kicked in and had fist indents in the wall. Asked for another room which was nicer but toilet water would not stop running. Would not stay here again. Staff member was lovely and he was the best thing about the place.

For the price the room , service and overall hotel was ok . She is looking ratger tired and could do with a dacelift.
