Reception desk is never staffed. When you get there, you are supposed to call a number, and then they will text you back. Room keys are in an unlocked box. If someone grabs your key, oh well. There is 1-2 staff there in the mornings to run the breakfast and clean rooms. If something goes wrong, and it is after hours, the person that texts back will tell you it is too late, and then tells you to cancel the booking. If you ask them to handle it, they will simply stop responding. We came back to the room about 11pm and found ants going crazy on the floor. Yup, we got swiftly ignored. We were promised "someone" will take care of it in the morning, but when we talked to the staff at breakfast, it was obvious that nothing had been communicated to them. That said, the staff was very helpful, and took care of things. It is quite apparent that the "boss" runs everything remotely and is not in the least bit interested in serving their customers. The breakfast was ok the first day, but then they started to run out of things and never replenished. For example, yogurt was gone after day 2. The rooms are poorly organized. Aside from the ants, the outlet by the bedside was Also, the grounds are totally overgrown.

The staff dont speak noooo English, and if you want tp reach them you have to make'it by sms.the picrire are very old and the property loook like an old farm

No one at reception and lots of confusion for other guests as well. Tried phoning to book another night but no response. Booked via Expedia. Texts only in German even after saying my only language is English.

No staff at reception. Guests were checking themselves in. A text in German with my room number. Got that sorted. Decided to stay another night. None answered the phone so rebooked thru Expedia. Four texts in German so I asked for a translation but got no reply. Nice place but seems disorganized.

We arrived around 11.30pm as we drove up from Berlin. We called in advance and was notified of our room hence when we got to the front desk (there was no one there), we could pick up our keys and head towards our room with ease. The room was extremely clean with bedding and towels. We checked out at approximately 9.45am as we were heading to Heide Park. Do take note that there are no blackout curtains in the room so it was extremely bright from 6am onwards. It was an easy 5-10 mins drive to Heide Park hence I would recommend this accommodation if you’re just staying overnight and heading to the park.

Great for families with little kids. Loved being able to watch the rabbits from the free breakfast buffet room.

Two room apartment was spacious and comfortable. When we checked in we were given keys for a family room although we had booked and paid for an apartment, reception rectified this and give us keys to make our own choice of apartments. Breakfast was good and included in the price.

Nice breakfast! Nothing to miss. The ambience of the restaurant is not really homey. And the beds were terrible. Also the non-smoker had a bad smell of smoke, maybe it hasn t been a non smoker room for years. The water pressure was not enough to take a shower. As a man with short hair, it took me almost 20min to get wet and clean me from soap. Despite the negative aspects, i can recommend it! The rate is more than fair! The breakfast great! We just stayed one night.

We made a booking in the afternoon and arrived later that night. They wasn't expected us and the person at the checkin didn't speak english, which made it a litte complicated. But we got a room and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was really good, a big selection.

The bed is just not so good... double mattress sucks... but everything else was okay!
