Fantastic The staff here were very friendly and helpful and it’s located close to the met which is very convenient. They even gave us a to go bag when we checked out which was very thoughtful and appreciated!

Friendly staff. Plenty of hot water. Building is of an older style. Climb the stairs from the street to reach lobby/ elevator. Tea kettle, teabags, fridge. There's a sauna inside the hotel room but I did not try it.

Staff at the hotel were amazing. They were all very nice and extremely helpful.
On the day of our flight, the manager helped bring all of our suitcases down to the taxi and even gave us some drinks and snacks because she was worried that we didn’t have time to have breakfast.

This was a very old hotel. The room was very large and very clean. It is located in a safe area and walking distance yo shopping, restaurants and the metro. The staff members were very friendly and helpful.
