Website makes it look better than it is. Needs new carpet and couch. The whole room was quite dated. Felt like some rooms had permanent residents.

Accommodation was a little bit dated, but understandable as it is a long-standing establishment. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and other furnishings satisfactory for an overnight stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Clean room, very convenient location for public transport, free car parking very good. Had a beautiful dinner in restaurant. Would stay again (had queen deluxe room)

Simply amazing. Staff are all amazing and available. A special thanks to Rebecca, who kept our room so nice during our three-night stay. Clean room. Clean venue. The breakfast was a bit plain and only suited to local tastes. My wife and kids, who aren't used to Australian breakfasts yet (baked beans, bangers, scrambled eggs
