Had a great 3-night stay. Friendly staff, room was available early and was very spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. We ordered food in the afternoon, and it was absolutely delicious. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. However, we experienced an issue with the air conditioning in our room. We called the front desk to report the problem, but unfortunately, no one ever came to check it. Our experience at the restaurant that evening was also disappointing. We arrived around 10:30 p.m. and were told that the kitchen was already closed. At the same time, we could clearly see that food was still being served to other guests until about 10:45 p.m. We also ordered two cocktails, but they never arrived. After waiting for a while with no service, we decided to leave the restaurant and have dinner elsewhere. Overall, the hotel has many positive aspects, especially the comfortable rooms, the delicious food, and the excellent breakfast. However, the lack of follow-up regarding the air conditioning and the poor service at the restaurant that night negatively affected our stay.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms and spacious and very nicely decorated. The facilities are very good: gym, meeting rooms, conference center all very well designed. The breakfast is really good with fantastic variety of food. The restaurants at the top floor serve very good food. I will definitely stay again

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room clean and the airconditioning worked well. And I like the location of the hotel, near to train, metro and tramstation.

This is by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The building, the room, the cleanliness, the staff and the overall vibe was excellent. They have several dining / bar areas that I recommend stopping by for everyone. We had such a good time in Sonora. The staff were incredibly helpful, they helped us with everything and literally never denied any request of ours. Even when it was super busy they were super helpful. I believe this also the biggest hotel in Netherlands and they use an eco friendly cooling system which I thought was interesting. The interior was beyond amazing and fun. The rooms were super clean, very modern and beautifully decorated. There is a metro and tram station nearby. The closest one being Europaplein, you can easily get to the airport and city center quickly. Everything was great! I will be definitely visiting again soon! Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and very clean. Their design is very unique. We once had dinner in the Moana bar and we ordered room service another time; both times the food was excellent. The staff is very accomodating as well. Not to mention that the hotel is very accessible via public transit and super baby friendly!

Great, unique property. Close to train station for quick and easy access to city center and all major attractions. Would stay again.
