Walking distance from Monastiraki square and metro station. Restaurants, cafés, shop's nearby. Their cafe on the ground floor opens from 7.30 am -3 pm, offering breakfasts and light lunches. Their is also a mini asian supermarket across for little daily needs like milk, snack, fresh fruits etc. Very clean, big rooms, strong hot shower, tea and coffee facilities, comfy bed, sofa and TV.

Floors 1-5 do not have balconies despite what the description says, only 6-7 have them. I complained to Expedia about this but they say you’re not promised the exact room you book?!
The aircon wasn’t great in the room which in 35 degree heat was difficult. The area is a bit rough too, not terrible but not great, though there are a lot of nice shops and restaurants within a short walk but it did feel a bit unsafe.
The bathroom was great with a powerful shower and the sofa and bed were really comfortable. It’s a spacious room for the price also, despite being a studio there is more than enough space for two. My room had a lot of storage space, the small kitchenette was useful and the staff were top notch fantastic, great communication and friendly too.

Great place to stay and visit Athens, everything’s less than 20 minutes away. The apartment is beautiful and clean, great space for a couple, with all the amenities included, they even provided a universal plug if you need it. Hosts are amazing, very responsive and friendly.

We had a great stay at Ela Five residences. The apartment was spacious and well equipped.
Great location for walking to tours, public transport, restaurants and shopping.
The staff were very helpful and stored our luggage until check in time.

Enjoyed our stay. We needed something last minute and were able to come across this hotel. The area it’s in had a few little mom and pop shops, however if you walk maybe 5-6min you will run into all the major stores no need for uber or taxi. Security as far as getting in and out the building was nice and safe. Our only dislike about this property is I booked for 3 people however the 2nd couch bed didn’t come with any blankets and when we asked they said we would be charged.
