Fantastic
Fantastic hotel with staff willing to go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Excellent views of the city from your room, reception and the pool; as well as ideally situated for the metro and subways to explore Tokyo. We had a lovely stay as a family of five visiting Tokyo for the first time.

The staff was exemplary - including the staff in the Virtu Bar. They remembered our names and were genuinely gracious during all our interactions. We celebrated our anniversary and they went out of their way to make it special. The room was spacious, comfortable, and just a calm place to get over jet lag. The location was also conveniently on top of a fantastic underground transit hub that led to five different subway lines - which kept us out of the rain. You're also minutes from Tokyo Station and when we requested a cab with all our luggage, they sent us in a town car with a lovely driver to ensure we didn't miss our train. We will absolutely return.

The Four Seasons Tokyo is a beautiful luxury hotel with a sleek, modern design. The rooms, facilities, and overall experience were excellent. The atmosphere leans more toward a sophisticated business-luxury style, with dark, minimalist interiors that create a calm and elegant feel. The staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay, making for a very comfortable experience. A great choice if you appreciate understated luxury and impeccable service.
