A Hotel Farrer Park, 11 Hrs, Stay From 10PM - 9AM

Excellent location. Close to restaurants, Mustafa and other shops. Opposite the mall and close to the metro. Rooms are small but adequate. Large windows help. Bathroom needs a curtain between the shower and toilet. Air conditioner works well and the room does not smell. Beds are comfortable and sheets are clean. No complaints and will stay here again.

♦️♦️ BEWARE DEFINITELY NOT REMOLED♦️ I cannot recommend this hotel. When we first arrived, there were around 10 men drinking beer outside the store next to the property, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The lobby itself was tiny, consisting of little more than a desk and an elevator. When we entered the room, it was nothing like the photos. It was much smaller than expected and appeared to be in poor condition. The bathroom had no shower curtain or shower door, causing water to splash everywhere. Water also appeared to come up from beneath the floor tiles when stepped on. The bathroom vanity looked old and worn, despite the hotel advertising itself as "newly renovated." There was visible bubbling on the walls that appeared to be water damage, a coat rack hanging off the wall, loose wires near the lights, and a cracked and damaged bedside table. After our long trip, my wife tried to rest but woke up itchy, which made us concerned about the cleanliness of the room. The air conditioner was stuck on high and blew directly onto the bed, making it very uncomfortable. As we were preparing to leave, we complained about cigarette smoke in the bathroom. An employee came to spray something and took photos after I pointed out the bathroom floor and vanity, but nothing was done to address our concerns. I contacted Expedia for assistance and was initially told to speak with the front desk. The front desk claimed Expedia had never contacted them.

Todo excelente, solamente la regadera está abierta y se hace un desastre por el agua llega hasta el escusado, pero de ahí en más el está muy amable y todos muy atentos

2 minute's from Mustafa, lots of restaurants and shops. Rooms are very clean and functional. Good air conditions. No noise.

Staff are very helpful. Accomodation was well maintained. Comfortable beds and quality bathroom. Excellent for short stays.

Nothing interesting, just a place to stay but the area had a lot of eateries so a plus for the hotel

Pros: Excellent location near Mustafa centre and other shops and eateries. Renovated rooms 'look' good and it's affordable. Cons: Staff and customer service very unhelpful. We arrived in the evening to stay one night and were not told there would be loud maintenance done on the hotel that night and the next morning. This means we didn't have electricity, hot water or internet access. There was no manager onsite or contactable and the staff had no authority or willingness to offer any compensation or alternative solutions. Also as other reviewers have mentioned, the drainage in the bathrooms are very poorly designed, meaning the whole shower, toilet and basin area is flooded when someone has a shower, however brief. Very disappointing!
