My experience wasn’t the best. Elevator wasn’t working for several days. From the reviews and feedback, expected a nice lobby, extremely welcoming staff and amenities. Just to get coffee I had to pay 1euro…. My key card didn’t work several times.

The hotel only had one elevator, and the other was out of service. The room was clean, but we had a sewage-like smell coming from the bathtub drain twice.

Really good hotel in a nice neighborhood. Accessible to lots of places of interest easily by Uber or taxi. Clean facility and huge room!

The location is great and easy to get around. Good restaurants are close by. Disappointed that there are NO laundry facility in house, just laundry service that they send out for you for a fee. Another issue there is NO ramp at entrance for the luggage.

The room is nice, but too expensive for what you get. The bed sheets weren’t as clean as we hoped, and found some stains as well.
