Nothing to fault at all. Only that the hotel was empty due to low tourist numbers but despite this they still went out of their way to help us any way they could. Beautiful hotel.

Brand new hotel, tons of space, hot shower with excellent pressure. I took advantage of their laundry service and had everything back to me by the following day.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were absolutely great - welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets - pure magic in the evening. I am a sunset lover and watching the sunset from the balcony was simply incredible. My room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, perfect for resting after a long day exploring Petra. The location is ideal, very close to the Petra Visitor Center, which makes it perfect for an early bird visit before the crowds arrive. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I would definitely come back.

this hotel was excellent and gave the best service i’ve ever recieved at a hotel. it’s brand new and very clean, and the room was large and modern looking. if you go to petra there’s no better place to stay. Maher who works here is very kind and goes above and beyond with his service. he helped us book the jett bus and even picked us up on arrival. it is run by locals and definitely worth staying at. thank you!
