All good, great location and apartments

This is our GoTo hotel for Brisbane business travel! It really does tick all the boxes.

Excellent location. Price was really good. Check in and check out team was very good and helped us all the way. Just had small issue with the kitchen as found some red ants around it. We cleaned it and stay was shorter so it didn't bother so much.

Check in was painful. We opened the door to our room 40 minutes after arriving at the accommodation. After booking we were advised there was a separate check in process if we checked in after 5pm. I immediately contacted the hotel and advised them we would be checking in after our flight landed at 6:00pm. A week later later they asked me what time I would be checking in. After I told them again, they advised that the process for checking in would be sent to us via SMS on our day of arrival and would take 30 minutes from our arrival at the accommodation. Upon our arrival I had to call a number where I was on hold for 6 minutes to find out check in would be another 20-30 minutes as we had to wait for a person to meet us to check us in. This was really frustrating. We ended up in our hotel room 40 minutes after arriving and were subsequently late for dinner. We would have booked somewhere else if I had known this. Surely it wouldn't cost much to have a person on the check in desk for a few more hours after 5pm, especially on a Friday. Or you could tell customers to call let you know when they are 30 minutes away from the hotel. Good to know this about Cllix accommodation as there are lots around and I assume this is why they are so cheap. The accommodation was fine, spacious with comfortable beds, clean, had everything you would need.

This is my go to hotel in South Brisbane, in saying that all Cllix hotels are great.

This Hotel always delivers and would recommend to any prospective traveller. It is right in the heart of all the fun!

Door to balcony was looked and could not open it which was dangerously because no fire exit Tv would not work Couch was extremely comfortable

The apartment was fabulous, very comfortable, great location, and beautiful view. The only problem was that Expedia directed us to check in at a nearby sister property, but the process had changed and we were directed to check in back at the original location. Lots of unnecessary walking.

Smelled a little like it had been damp. Exceptional view. Annoying check in process

Just a wonderful hotel. Highly recommended for a flawless stay.
