Minunat Smooth check-in instructions. View of the acropolis from the top floor terrace. 20-25 min walk to main attractions.

Hadde et fantastisk opphold der sammen med sønnen min. Rommet var veldig rent, lyst og trivelig. Vi hadde også en liten altan med utsikt rett ned til et lite teater som gav underholding på sene kvelder. Det var også noen søte katter som også bidro til underholding. Det var også en konsertarena like ved som kunne tidvis være noe støyende, men konsertene avsluttet alltid før klokken tolv på kveldene.
Rommet har det meste av det du måtte trenge. Vi hadde både kjøkken, spisebord med stoler og sofa. Det eneste jeg savnet var stekespade og saks. Vi bodde der i ti dager og hadde derfor behov for å kaste boss innimellom, men fant aldri et sted hvor vi kunne kaste bosset. Det ble en liten stressfaktor med oppholdet.
Alt i alt hadde vi et fantastisk opphold her. Bygningen ligger sentralt til med bare ti minutter gange til Plaka. Det finnes flere matbutikker og kiosker like ved. Vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet og vi kommer gjerne tilbake (planlegger allerede ny tur :)

Overall, we had a decent stay, and with a few improvements it could easily become a great option.
The exterior of the building was ok, though the immediate surroundings aren’t.
Several hotels nearby with the price range and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Pros
Great location: About 15–25 minutes walk to main tourist attractions. Bus stops and the metro only a short walk away.
Clean on arrival: Fresh towels & toiletries
The room had good space and the beds were very comfortable.
Minor Issues
Kitchenette: The workspace and utensils are quite limited, fine for small meals
Check‑in instructions: Instructions didn’t arrive at the promised time (noon), so we had to call.
Pillows: Only three pillows were provided. Having an extra per person would have been helpful
Nearby events: There were concerts at the Gasworks a block behind, so there was some noise.
Cons
The windows don’t seem to block sound, so street noise is noticeable
No towel refresh — With no maid service, towels were used for five days. They don’t dry well in the room
There were no instructions on dispose of rubbish (especially bathroom waste), and no extra bin bags.
Couple of nights, people were dragging furniture around at 2am
Overall
We understand this is more of an rental, but since housekeeping is in the building daily, it would be great if guests could request fresh towels or bin bags—perhaps even for a small fee.Clearer instructions for waste disposal or a designated pickup

Great communication. Great location, can walk mostly anywhere in Athens if healthy, area of entrance was a little sketchy looking, but around the corner is a great area full of taverns and coffee shops. Beware elevator gets stuck on floors if door isn't closed, roof top is a bonus

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great and super convenient! Everything was in walking distance. It was also easy to communicate with the host, there’s a storage area for luggage as well so you can leave your things and walk around while you wait for your room to be ready. Overall very nice! Only downside was the AC unit in our room wasn’t cooling the room much but I think we were just not familiar with the controller.

Serait bien de nommer dans la description qu'il n'y a pas de service aux chambres (ex: pour avoir de nouvelles serviettes), pas très bien insonorisé avec l'extérieur, douche à l'italienne moins pratique car il y a de l'eau partout.
Proche de tous les services et les points touristiques à voir.
