Fantastic
Spa wasnt open because of the month of ramadan they were doing maintenance in the premises. That was disappointing but i understand they have to do maintenance but i wished they were open and we were notified up-front.

Rooms were well kept, breakfast was great. the cafe was great. Staff were very helpful in everything. Spa service was relaxing and professionally done. Overall the experience was great.

This hotel is based to the North of Amman. It is just off a main road with parking via valet outside the main entrance. The reception staff were brilliant as we checked in at 2am. Room was big, modern and clean. Spa was first rate, but remember you are in Jordan so the ladies and gents have different pools and spas. No buffet breakfast as the hotel was quiet, but the a la carte was good. Overall an excellent hotel with really great staff!
