The room was very clean. We had a weird booking situation due to Expedia. The staff was quick to help us despite the packed rooms. The hotel was a quick walk to the train station and near the rest of the stores.

Clean room with enough storage spaces for our things we bring along. We liked the hotel's location right at the the city centre, close to shopping areas, churches and bike routes. The hotel provides bicycle storage space in its premises, very convenient if you have brought your own bike along or rented one for a few days. The breakfast is basic, but with enough variety in sweet, sour and healthy options, everything is of good quality. There is also a good variety of tea, coffee types, with an added offer of balanced, very tasty filtre coffee to accompany your breakfast choices with an energising hot beverage. The staff is helpful and kind! Overall, a great stay! Thanks to all the staff and special thanks to Ronja at the Reception who checked us in; nothing seemed to be of trouble for her when it comes to customer service.

Room basic and only marginally better than ibis budget. Comfy mattress, but super soft pillows. Tear in duvet cover. Room far too hot as air conditioning ineffective. No temperature regulation on shower, fluctuating between hot and cold. Ok for one night, but experience did not warrant price tag other than proximity to train station.

First thing is that this hotel has 2 separate buildings. So choose the first one near the train station as this has the reception. Made the mistake of going to the second one…which was quite confusing and hilarious at the same time… Food: breakfast is roughly cold cuts of meat and very few hot choices which is a letdown. I think this is more of a German thing. Staff: needs to smile more and be more accommodating. I have only at least two staff at the reception who smiled and welcomed me the rest are miserable at reception! Room: generally new and clean. They will only clean it when you request it to be cleaned otherwise it’s more of the environmental impact that they preach. Will I come back? Probably.
