Recent facilities, secure parking, helpful staff, automated self check in, good breakfast, convenient location close to Hamburg airport and close to S Hahn to reach the city center. Highly recommended

One word: BASIC. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, but overall it’s very functional and no-frills.
Two things worth noting:
1. The location isn’t central, and there are limited good restaurant options nearby.
2. The pillows are genuinely uncomfortable - oversized, overstuffed, and offering very little support. I mentioned this to staff on departure after struggling to sleep both nights.

My room hasn’t been cleaned for three days. Staff is really very nice. Unfortunately, you can’t get an omelette for breakfast.

Das Frühstück ist gut. Hier sollte jeder etwas finden, um gut in den Tag zu starten. Unser Zimmer war ein Familienzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Etagenbett für die Kids und von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig mit einer großen Dusche, mit Regendusche! Unser Zimmer war sauber und auch der Service war gut. Die Verkehrsverbindungen waren auch wirklich super! Für einenn Städtetrip können wir das Hotel wirklich empfehlen!
