DISGUSTING HOTEL. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL MANAGEMENT. AVOID! I’ve traveled to 104 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels. Kingston Hotel 11 By iBilik @ PWTC is easily one of the worst. At check-in, the rude receptionist demanded I pay tourist tax AGAIN, despite already paying through Expedia. I had to prove it myself. The room was filthy, old, moldy and poorly maintained. The bathroom smelled disgusting, ventilation was nonexistent, humidity was unbearable, and noise from other rooms and corridors made sleeping almost impossible. There was no hand towels and no fridge. TOWELS FOR SHOWERING HAD WHAT APPEARED TO BE BLOOD AND FECAL STAINS. ABSOLUTELY REVOLTING! FOUR DAYS WITHOUT A SINGLE ROOM CLEANING! And the customer service? EVEN WORSE. THEY IGNORE EVERYTHING! Repeated Hotels.com messages: IGNORED. Verbal complaints and refund requests: IGNORED. Emails demanding answers and accountability: IGNORED. Not one meaningful response or resolution. Malaysia’s Consumer Protection Act 1999 requires reasonable care and skill in providing services. This experience raises serious concerns about compliance with those standards. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, PROVIDE DISGUSTING ACCOMMODATION, THEN IGNORE YOU WHEN YOU DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY. Filthy rooms, shocking hygiene, nonexistent housekeeping, appalling customer service and management that refuses to respond. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!
