The level of service and personal attention at this hotel went far beyond expectations. The staff handled every situation with patience, professionalism, and genuine care, which is rare to encounter. During an unexpected health issue, the hotel showed flexibility and compassion that stood out even more than the comfort of the facilities. Policies were approached with understanding, and the staff prioritized the guest’s well-being. That kind of consideration is not something travelers forget. For my upcoming trip in April 2026, I originally planned to divide my time between Guangzhou and Shenzhen and stay at different hotels. After this great experience, I decided its better to stay here. I will stay here and use the high-speed train for meetings instead of moving to another property. This is a place that will be recommended to friends and colleagues, and future visits to China will include a longer stay here.

10/10 for everything from staff servicers to the right location easy access to restaurants and transportation. The room was a perfect fit for us and it was very neat & clean. We truly enjoyed our stay with Echarm and always felt safe in our area.

The room was clean and spacious but smelled of cigarette smoke. The area around the hotel was busy with excellent shopping and quiet at night. Easy access to taxis. Metro was some distance.
