The rooms didn't gave many amenities but it was fairly well maintained. No phones no microwaves no fridge but for a basic room it is okay.

No refrigerator in room. The temperature in the room was warm during the Summer.

BED BUGS !!!!!! Stay away from this ״hotel” ! We all got bitten by bed bugs! Just Horible ! We suffered from the bites for almost three weeks! While we went to report about this disaster, no one from the stuff cared about this and also after our stay we tried to contact the propert and never got a reply. Also the location of this property not so pleasant.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! We were a family of 4 and booked the family room that has 1 double and 2 single beds. We received a room that had 1 double and 1 single. It took an hour to get the issue resolved. What we ended up with was a room big enough for 2 beds that they crammed 3 beds in! We had NO room between beds, and NO room for our suitcases. We literally had to step on our cases to get to the bathroom and the door to exit the room. I know what you are thinking "Why didn't I close the suitcases and stand them up?" well because then I couldn't get around them to the bathroom and the door. Yes it was that bad. It was a HORRIBLE CRAMPED SMALL SPACE. The room was stocked with 2 towels for the 4 of us so I had to also request enough towels for the family. There is no iron so you have to request that as well. It was pulling teeth just to get a room and amenities for the family. Do not book this hotel if you want a relaxing vacation or retreat to relax at after spending long days walking and touring London. The breakfast was a bland buffet spread of only British breakfast choices and over crowded so you have to shove your way in to get any food. The train is a short walk but 30 min ride to Buckingham and 50 min to Tower of London. Many times a train would come to the stop to crowded for us to even board so we had to wait for the next one. The whole experience was awful do not book this hotel.

The lady at the front and also at the breakfast hotel seems to be pretty subjective and only welcomes wh customers with a smile and for the rest she is pretty cold as though I am taking her money . Otherwise the hotel is ok . A refrigerator could have been nice

C’est un très bel hôtel : propre, avec un déjeuner complet, et une localisation parfaite. À peine cinq minutes à pied du métro et des autobus, sur la ligne directe pour l’aéroport — vraiment idéal pour se déplacer facilement

The room was ok but did not come with a refrigerator to place insulin in. The air conditioning was not on. We were not allowed to enter our room until 3 pm.

Excellent place for a family stay!

Even though check-in is at 3 o’clock, it is the norm, worldwide, to let a traveller check in if the room is ready. I travelled all night, took the tube from the airport to the hotel to arrive at 1:30. Only to be told that check-in was at three, and that I could wait in the lobby/restaurant area. there were only two manning the front desk We all sat around in the lobby/restaurant area waiting until 3 o’clock. Very poor.. There was no bartender, we had to wait until one of the front desk attendance could pull themselves away to make us drinks or sell us refreshments, again, very poor The elevator doors inside were never cleaned the five days that I was there. All four elevators looked terrible, perhaps add elevator doors, inside and out, on the list of duties for the housekeepers. it wasn’t a nice look when I first arrived. Our stay was fine otherwise. I would definitely recommend the location - midway between the two tube stops, the convenience store close by, and walking distance to lots of eateries.
