Great location!! Easy to get to from the train station. The market was next door for quick waters and snacks. The river was so close and the Nishi market (spelling might be wrong) just 15 min walk. Gion was close and we did a night tour. The hotel was easy to get everywhere!! The space was bigger than our Asakusa Minn and the bathtub was HUGE!! We took a bath to rest after 20k steps!!

You need to have heaps of 100 yen coin and you can’t change them at the counter for the laundry. But I love that you don’t need to put in washing powder or anything

The room was excellent sized. Perfect for a family of four. The bidet can use some English translation, but it was perfectly fine to use for non-Japanese still. The check-in staff was super helpful and was accommodating when we arrived 30 minutes earlier than the 3 pm check-in time. The location was perfect also. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and tourist spots.

The location was good but no food in the Hotel made it difficult to find good food around , it would be very helpful if Hotel personnel would assist with some recommendations, instead of saying they do not know anything

My family and I loved this hotel! It was so clean and spacious. Our room had a in unit laundry which was perfect for our vacation. The bathroom and room area was spotless. I would definitely stay here again.
