Communication was good and place was clean and good facilities except would like metal knife, fork and spoon…also tricky to figure out heating and one air conditioner/heater not working. Lift service advertised was great :)

AC/Heat very inconsistent, either too hot of cold yet remote was left in a visual spot for the unit. Check in was frustrating as code was not given even tho we received a ambiguous email asking for a reply if we were going to be late yet it was required regardless to get the entry code. That was a challenge as we received several emails with portions of a email address that would not copy without a circle with an exclimation in it. finally sorted after several back and forth's.. arbnb's have been easier to gain entry.

The house was vey clean and well maintained. The location was almost perfect if you are visiting Mt Fuji or Fuji Q Highland amusement park.
One advice for oversea visitors, make sure to send a picture of your passport to receive the passcode to enter the house.
