Renion City Hotel

The hotel is well located, and the facilities were good. The hotel has a restaurant which I also liked. The staff was helpful when we had some problems with getting taxis. Other guests should keep that in mind, because obtaining taxis or ride-shares is not as easy in this city as it is in some places.

The spa was great and so were the ladies at the front desk!! The restaurant recommendations, printing my India visa, everything. This hotel is great and the location is great too.

Centrally located, Renion City Hotel is close to the Green Bazaar, the Panfilov Park & Zenkov Cathedral. It's an ideal base for travellers to explore Almaty. Since the city is so walkable with its lush pedestrian sidewalk, I had tried to walk from the Hotel to the Arbat Walking Street and even the MEGA Park shopping mall. Just a leisurely 30-min walk. Easy! In addition, my room was modern and clean and the buffet breakfast was also nice and varied. Really enjoyed my stay there.

배정된 객실에 이미 손님이 투숙중이었습니다. 하지만, 객실키로 밖에서 문을 열 수 있었고, 서로가 깜짝 놀라는 상황이 발생하였습니다. 자칫 큰 문제로 이어질 뻔 했었고, 카운터에서는 사과의 말 없이 새로운 방을 배정하였습니다.
