Very nice hotel. Big rooms.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel. They “cleaned” the air, but at the end of the day it still smelled. They didn’t change our room because they were full, but people came after us and still checked in.

Great modern hotel with plenty of character and style. Plenty of amenities to take advantage of: Pool, Roof-bar, Lobby bar and restaurant will lots of food and drink choices. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Beautiful amenities. Clean, and well maintained. Helpful staff. Lockers for a fee to hold your luggage in case of an early arrival and a later check in.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Great to have the pool on such a hot day.

Upon my arrival, it was a rocky start. The male staff who checked us in, was very unwelcoming and rushed us through the process. We did have a few issues and three room changes due to issues in the room from poor air conditioning, and etc. We were even stuck in the elevator. It stopped went dark and had to use my flashlight off my cell phone start pushing different buttons and finally got the elevator to work and the light to go back on. What made my review go from a definitely a one star and move it to a three star is because of the night supervisor on my first day who tried to fix and accommodate. Ultimately by 2:30 in the morning we were finally settled in the third room that finally everything was working other than the toilet paper holder came off the wall, which looked like it was just glued on. They need to evaluate their employees and make sure that all rooms are kept up to the standard in which they would like it to be.
