Near the train station

Staff were friendly, but it's pretty much self sufficient. You can grab free amenities in the lobby such as combs, toothbrushes, razors, slippers, robes. The daily cleaning service only consisted of towel exchange and removal of rubbish. This was communicated to us during check in. Th hotel is only 5 mins walk from kaimedo station which was very convenient for us. Overall, a satisfactory experience.

Nice staff, clean, shops near by. A new drugstore right next to the lobby which was very convenient.

Great stay in Tokyo! The room was clean, staff was helpful, and nicely situated near the Kameido train station with easy connections to central Tokyo. Great stay for a solo traveler.

Very clean

Stayed for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal, and we understand Tokyo hotel rooms are usually small. However, the room we received did not match the renovated rooms shown on the website photos. The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was just okay, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant smell. There were also no blackout curtains or blinds, so the room stayed bright throughout the night, which made it harder to sleep comfortably. Staff was fine, but overall the stay did not quite meet expectations based on the listing. There’s also stain on the wall.

not much to do in the area but at least the station is right nearby and the hotel it self is just fine!

Perfect stay!! I had a view of the Tokyo skytree which was a nice surprise!! Room was perfect for me and very clean! Train station is very close with a lot of shops and places to eat. The area is in, Koto City, which is much quieter than the more touristy areas. The train gets you anywhere super quick so it doesn’t really matter that it’s not in the heart of all the touristy things. There’s also an attached pharmacy (think Walgreens vibes) from 9am-11pm for literally anything you need. Great for late night food or relief patches from all the walking 😅 A couple of downsides was the bathroom kind of had a slight funky smell the whole time and the bed is very firm. But despite these two things I would definitely stay here again!

The attention of the staff is good; but I made the reservation for three people and surprised when I entered the room a single bed and small one outside of that when I demanded that they only told me that this was the case and that if I wanted something bigger I had to pay extra when I booked for three people. You did the cleaning every 2-3 days the location is a bit far from everything I wouldn't come back here.
