We had an amazing stay! The happy hour snacks and open bar made us feel right at home, and the hot spring water in the room was very cool!

Enjoyed our time immensely. The breakfast was refined, beautifully presented, and varied. The hotel was generous with amenities like afternoon snacks, evening happy hour, snacks and drinks in room, and face masks. The in room bath was beautiful stone and large. The public bath space was a little small but very clean and also had generous free snacks like apples, milk, and pokari sweat.

Beautiful and clean hotel very close within walking distance of many shops, yet, not crowded at all. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the meals at the in hotel restaraunt were outstanding. Love the private in room onsens.
