Fantastic The room was exactly as pictured. It was extremely spacious, spotlessly clean and the bed was large and comfortable. Tea & coffee, microwave, toaster, crockery etc. everything we needed for a 3 day stay. The roof top pool and bbq area is stunning. You are right next to The Gabba which is handy but the road below can be noisy (I am a light sleeper but the traffic noise didn’t keep me awake). We had a hire car and found parking out the front. It is also within walking distance to some lovely cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

No hot water in 1 of the 3 rooms we had rented. Check in/check out was rough. Digital app didn't work properly and at checkout don't checkout until you are in your car, elevator won't work after that, need a warning about this

Really great spot if you’re going to the Gabba. Only thing I wish slightly improved was the key card on my phone didn’t work to open the door and punching in the code was slightly annoying every time. Otherwise beautiful property great location and super large rooms

Easy self check in to both the building and the room.
Kitchen and laundry well appointed for a short stay.
Meeting space in the lobby area a cool spot. Pleasant music well chosen and at the right volume in the shared areas.
Excellent rooftop with pool and spa overlooking the area towards the city. BBQ unfortunately not working during our stay. Many places to sit with the morning coffee.
Friendly cleaning staff.
Would stay again if the room rate was similar.

Really awesome spot walking distance to resturants secure feeling and peace of mind with access via electronic key, really clean on arrival wifi and Netflix available was awesome. Pool and spa was beautiful with a nice view as well we also had a new born and it was very family friendly as well.

Fantastic Room was spotless, bed comfy, shower was awesome, studio room facilities excellent, (ie washing and stovetop!) Rooftop facilities amazing. Overall experience was excellent, will be back!

Sub medie TLDR: If you value privacy, quietness, and a good night's sleep, avoid this place.
The "King size bed" was just two single beds pushed together. It was uncomfortable rolling over the dip in the middle.
Noise was a big issue. Balcony sliding door had good soundproofing, but frequent ambulance sirens and loud exhausts still came through.
Unwanted noise was terrible from within the building. I could constantly hear and FEEL people stomping down the hallway and slamming their doors at night.
If you're in a room where they separated another with a double-locked door, you can hear conversations (and much more) in the next room very clearly.
The aircon fan direction wasn't adjustable to its full range. No matter how I set the fan level, the wind blew directly onto the bed.
Wifi was spotty.
