Premium Remodeled Condo with Ocean View and Parking

Clean room and great location!

Excellent value in a prime Waikiki location. The property was clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. While a credit card was requested at check-in, all charges were transparent and processed only after our stay, with no surprises. The lack of parking and resort fees was a huge plus. The pool, terrace, and ocean views give the property the feel of upscale apartment living rather than a traditional hotel. The location and amenities were outstanding for the price. The only downside was that towels and bed linens were not changed daily. Otherwise, everything was smooth, hassle-free, and exceeded expectations. I would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice place to stay! we really enjoyed the view from balcony. The location was very convenient. Everything was clean and tidy but bathroom drain was smelly and towels were rough and scratchy.

This unit is set up great for a short stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove and microwave which served us well. We were able to buy food at a nearby Costco and cook in the unit. Since it's on the 27th floor you don't get much street noise so it's generally quiet for the suburban dwellers that visit. It's located on the southeast end of Honolulu so not right in the middle of Waikiki but a short walk to all the excitement and very close to Diamond Head. Included parking was a big plus for us. BTW, if you end up renting a Jeep Rubicon, it will fit within the height restrictions for the parking lot, barely. We think this unit was very conveniently located. The building also houses permanent dwellers whom were very friendly but then you're in Hawaii!! We enjoyed the views, you get partial beach views and a good city view but we weren't there for the views from the unit. This unit includes a great entertainment system for when you get home and want to relax a bit but came in handy for us because we got a lot of uncommon rain during our stay. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and would recommend you staying here to. In a nutshell, if you're a DIYer this is your place, it you need full service amenities, go up the street and pay the price.

Fully equipped kitchen and very clean space for an older building, the unit itself had plenty of modern amenities and is beautifully renovated.

Clean, communication was great, more space compared to staying in a hotel

The pictures did not match the property. It felt like an old apartment from the 80’s which was disappointing. The beds were very uncomfortable had zero cushion and the sofa bed wouldn’t open properly it took 2 people to unlatch a bar that was bent. Parking was okay a little tight parking was available only on the top levels. The pool had a lot of restrictions even a dress code on bathing suits that were aloud. The location was great very close to stores and restaurants that was pretty much the only good thing about this property.

Only 3 nights, and we really loved the apartment. We didn’t have a great view, or the best amenities, but for as going out and enjoying the beach was more important. Super clean and organized apartment, so much room. And having a free parking is totally a big plus. Very walkable area. Also communication was very good. We would comeback there again.

Our family stayed for 12 nights in a 1-bedroom unit on the 18th floor and had an enjoyable experience overall. Pros: Thoughtful beach equipment provided, including two beach chairs and a small cooler bag—perfect for beach outings. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped with all the cookware and appliances we needed, making meal prep easy and convenient. Excellent cross breeze and ventilation during the day kept the unit cool and comfortable. Comfortable sleeping arrangements with two queen beds and a sofa bed that worked well for our family. The newly renovated sauna and shower facilities on the pool level added a touch of relaxation to our stay. Cons: One of the four elevators was being upgraded during our stay, which resulted in long waits to catch an elevator, especially during the day. Although the unit was listed as "ocean view," it had only a partial view of the ocean, mostly angled and dominated by a cityscape. The kitchen range hood does not vent to the outside but instead recirculates air, which might be less ideal when cooking heavier meals. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo’s location, amenities, and thoughtful touches made it a great choice for our family vacation. We’d definitely stay here again but would recommend clarifying expectations for the view and elevator availability.
