Don’t stay here in the summer if you expect the AC to work and cool off. It’s meek airflow so you barely get cool. Staff is not helpful and don’t inform you of all the rules until after things need to be resolved. Terrible service and rigid management! Room was dusty and air grills were not clean so just blowing dust on you. Also really poor design of AC grill location to make the system perform inadequately. I will never stay here again even though it looks nice on the outside. Don’t be fooled.

Nice staffs, clean room. Coffee teas and some snacks offer in the lobby. Very lovely hotel.

Staff was nice and the hotel was clean.

It would be nice to have its own laundry rooms in the hotel so guests don't need to go outside to get their clothes washed. The room is small but acceptable. People work there were nice and professional. The coffee from self service coffee machine was very good.

Overall I would give it a 4 Start as a 3-star hotel. The parking was available but hard to access due to limitations of the spaces. The rooms were small. If you have big luggages, you may run out of space in the room.

The 24 hours drinks n snacks kiosk is a big plus .

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Eateries nearby where we can have nice food, only bad thing is that night market is not walkable distance. We stayed there for 2 nights, and had a few incidents during the stay. I would like to thank the curly hair boy for his excellent service and helpfulness!! Had forgotten to get his name.. Overall, I would still recommend the hotel.
