I originally booked for one week in April 2026 with the intent of possibly staying at other locations for the remainder of my 3 week stay in the Phillipines. My girlfriend actually "checked-in" one day prior to my arrival. There is no front desk or go to person if you have a question or grievance about your room. Everything is done over the phone. When I got there the window air conditioner was not cooling the room enough to my satisfaction. I couldn't navigate the remote for the TV which consisted of only two channels, Youtube and Netflix, which required a code to access. After numerous phone calls to the "owner" whom never seemed to be sympathetic a resident "maintenance" person came to my room and provided my with a desk fan which helped considerably with the temp. and showed my how to use the remote. YOU are required to clean your room prior to checking out, no daily housekeeping, no clean towels, sheets, toilet paper. If you love insects there are plenty of small ants to keep you company!

Stayed 3 nights only 1 roll of bathroom tissue. Called the owner and told her why advertise you provide toiletries when they have none and only 1 small roll of bathroom tissue. Gym? Liar I told her that too. Pool no maintenance looks like a fishpond TV only 7 channels Unhappy customer

Cockroach crawling at night. They claim has a gym-lie. Microwave broken in a week of stay blamed it to me. No cleaning free, claimed there's laundry-lie. Communication bouncing to each other to three people.

The wifi wasn't working for 4 days during my 3 week stay. I contacted the agent and never recieved a response concerin this. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We had to wait outside while waiting for the person on the PHONE to take our info. Took 30 minutes sitting there in the heat. Tgen they gave us a code and room but never told us how to get the key. The room was basic and just ok. Bathroom door handle was broken and taped. Pool looked nice. But if you want to take pictures with a camera you have to get written permission

The property is fair. Its location is nice, near a shopping mall and easy catching a taxi. But you must book without Expedia. With Expedia, you cannot get full info about booking.

Good accommodation pero walang things for toiletries only toilet napkins still nice and love the place sana meein din mga spices for cooking thank you po 😊
