The towels were clean, but the sheets were a little dirty.

A simple 1 nite stay at Pontian. Not bad for the price paid. No view, as the room was either beside the main road or in between the slip road that goes to the Econ supermarket nearby. Small room but clean, although towels is a bit yellowish. Suggest to bring your own towels. Toilet are clean as well.

The mattress is hard and not comfortable. The hotel just besides the road, lot of noise ( car, lorry, motorbike) at night. Sounds isolation no good.

They make effort to keep it clean and service was excellent. Unfortunately, May be due to low take up rate, towel have yellow moulds, spider seen under bed shelves. Room has no window for light could be reason for musty smell when check in initially. Overall, decent to stay.

Bed & mattress is comfortable. Cleaness rate as 8.
Few things need to high light.
Room 215 when on water heater, room lighting will start blinking till off heater.
Toilet lid is spoilt. Bath towel is old.
Besides these, I'm satisfied staying here.
Supervisor room is big can accommodate up to 3 people.
Staff also friendly.
Easy parking outside hotel.
May consider stay again.

Overall ok but for payment, hotel tolak 2 kali pmbyran, just have to wait 5 days working hour to get refund from bank, 😔😔
