Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time.
If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents.
Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street

The room is not properly maintained. The microwave is extremity dirty at the top. It must not have been cleaned in a long time and the housekeeper refuses to change linens until after 4 night. I spent 5 nights and yet it didn’t get changed.
Outright terrible.

Although the room was small it was clean had everything you needed sink shower microwave fridge TV heating everything you want ideal for my stay definitely use it again

Sub medie The check in process is a joke. I was supposed to get a text with a lock box code that didn’t arrive. It took ages for someone to answer a call and when they did they sent me the wrong code. Recommend using email instead of text as travellers like me are using esims because of high roaming data charges. The day after I checked in the same thing happened to another guest. Just terrible

* Property cleanness is very poor. * Room is not up to the standard, there are many maintenance work to done. * Shower facility inside the room is not working. * This property is not safe to stay. This property is not recommended to anyone. Expedia should have a proper look before advertising on their website.
