We unfortunately made other accommodations when we saw the room. It has all the basic amenities but it was a little too small and not what I was expecting. It was more of my error to not check the floor plans/deep dive of the place but the staff was very kind and apologetic and gave us some great recommendations for lunch. Although it didn’t work out, we were still treated kindly and appreciated the understanding.

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Just a short uber away from Alfama and other sightseeing locations. The staff were so kind and helpful. Overall the hotel felt really safe and secure with key access into the building. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely revisit

The location was close to downtown area. Public bus stop was across the street, nearby market and atm. Friendly staff and free buffet breakfast and coffee in the morning. We stayed in a studio with a full kitchen if needed. We didn't get the balcony view on the street side like we expected.

Clean room, good size for our family of 3. We had a suite with a bed sofa. It worked great. The elevator was tiny and I took the tarts to the 6th floor. I liked the breakfast!
