Tried to cancel a non-refundable booking a month ahead of staying because of government restrictions and cancelled flights but no flex given. Regardless of policy, there were no responses, just ignored. I appreciate it’s a difficult situation but no acknowledgment via several channels is rude and unprofessional.

A charming, quiet hotel conveniently located in the middle of Wadi Musa but within close proximity. Friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast!

5 étoiles pour le personnel très sympathique, un peu moins pour la chambre qui présentait quelques vétusté (douche bouchée, eau tiède, chauffage pas très fonctionnel). Localisation à 15mn à pied de Petra mais il y faudra prendre en compte le dénivelé important pour remonter après les 20km de visite de la journée à Petra

Fantastic
We loved staying at this hotel, the double room was nice and comfortable and the lobby looks really nice. The best part by far is the excellent customer service by Sami, he's so warm and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!
