The entire floor smelled of urine as soon as we stepped off the elevator. Our bathrooms floor had dried urine stains all in the floor. It smelled horrible. Our room changed after complaining but, it was an inconvenience bcuz I’m disabled.

Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was ok! I will say, it is not close to anything, which is a problem if you need anything… including food!
