Very smal pool, lot of young clientele 25-30 years, there were never towel pool available at at the pool. Always full basket of use towel and people reserved there place in the morning didnt had a chance to try the little bed beside pool

This is such a trendy and interesting spot. Well located, though not at the center of town. A beautiful restaurant, bar and pool area. The layout of the hotel is a little confusing but the staff is always ready to help with directions and everything else. Highly recommend.

Clean great location comfortable bed & quiet. Kitchen supplies were simple but adequate and the dishwasher and laundry were amenities we didn’t expect in the convenience of a hotel. Pool area is nice but very busy in the late afternoons in July. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Honestly the way the hotel looks is great, other than that the hotel is super confusing. Water never got hot in the room. The pool was always so full we could never get a spot let alone a towel so if you would like to use the pool frequently, book elsewhere.

The hotel was ok, the rooms were small but well planned out, we stayed for 5 nights and felt comfortable. We had an issue upon arrival, we called few days before arrival and asked for early check to be guaranteed with extra pay of course, but once we arrived there was no notes on the reservation. The hotel staff checking us in was not nice about it at all, from his attitude it felt like he thinks we were lying about it. Luckily the girl with spoke on the phone prior to arrival was were and confirmed we called in advance, after manager intervened we were able to check in before 1pm after our long flight from Canada.

Everything was wonderful from start to finish of our stay! Felt safe, comfortable and cool throughout our stay. Really appreciated upgrading to a larger suite with a balcony and in unit laundry! The staff went out of their way & were warm and welcoming. One even offered to drop a post card off for me at the post office since I wasn’t going to make it before our ride arrived. Your thoughtfulness and attention to detail was so appreciated. Would recommend to all!

I had a wonderful stay at Locke de Santa Joana and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon. The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff. Every single person I interacted with was warm, friendly, funny, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived, and their level of customer service truly stood out. A special shoutout to Jasmine, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. She patiently answered all of my questions, was incredibly kind, and even took photos of me while I was traveling solo. Those thoughtful gestures meant so much and made my trip even more special. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Lisbon. The pool area is beautiful, peaceful, and has such a relaxing atmosphere,perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. I also really enjoyed the food, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. My room was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I think it’s ideal for one person or up to two people for a short stay of about 3–4 days. If you’re planning a longer visit, I’d recommend looking into one of their larger room options for additional space. My only suggestion for improvement would be to include a few more complimentary essentials in the room, such as body lotion, a travel toothbrush, and a razor. They’re small details, but they would make an already wonderful experience even better. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would happily return.
